Payment processing Websites enable the Website to process payments by credit card, bank transfer or other means . To ensure greater security, Freehand shares only the information necessary to execute the transaction with the financial intermediaries handling the transaction.

We use Constant Contact to distribute our email. Email List Privacy
With the above exception, Freehand does not sell, rent or share our email lists with any other third parties. We do not link our email lists to any other databases. We do not store emails or individual information on our web server. All personally identifiable information is stored on servers behind our firewall.
Your email address will remain within Constant Contact’s database for as long as we continue to use Constant Contact for our email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal on the emails themselves, or by emailing email@freehand.com. When requesting removal via email, please send your email to us using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list.

Freehand complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) with respect to data concerning citizens or residents of European Union countries and Switzerland. Right to be Informed. Freehand collects the following “personal information” as defined in GDPR when a sale is consummated: name, e-mail address, shipping address, telephone number and credit card information. You may provide other information in custom orders you make such as the names of a member of a family, the family name, the year the family was established, and locations they lived. We use this information to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. You may also choose to provide us with your personal information of varied nature if you contact us regarding customer Website concerns.
