Our Return Policy
You may return any unused merchandise* within 30 days from the date you received it for either a refund (website orders only) or exchange. Please note that shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded.
*Please note that personalized items are non-refundable.

We recommend sending any returned merchandise via insured/trackable US Mail, UPS, Fed Ex or other carrier. Freehand is not responsible for any returned merchandise that is either lost or damaged in transit.
Include a copy of your invoice, and let us know whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will either send the exchanged merchandise to you, or refund the amount of the merchandise to your original form of payment. You will receive an email letting you know when we receive it as well as a printed receipt in the mail.
If you are in the Los Angeles area, we are happy to accept your return at our store location.
